Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
A refund request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
Custom-made or clearance sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you via email or SMS.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
May apply for items showing signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.
If applicable, refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind. At Prospt, we allow easy cancellations within a set window.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
To cancel, please email us at support@prospt.com or call us at +91 XXXXX XXXXX with your order number.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
In such cases, please wait for the delivery and initiate a return if eligible.
In case of failed payment or inventory issues, the order may be auto-cancelled. You will be notified promptly.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
