Refunds and Cancellations

At Prospt, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • A refund request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

  • Custom-made or clearance sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you via email or SMS.

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

  • May apply for items showing signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.

  • If applicable, refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind. At Prospt, we allow easy cancellations within a set window.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • To cancel, please email us at support@prospt.com or call us at +91 XXXXX XXXXX with your order number.

Post-Dispatch Cancellation

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • In such cases, please wait for the delivery and initiate a return if eligible.

Auto-Cancellation

  • In case of failed payment or inventory issues, the order may be auto-cancelled. You will be notified promptly.

Refund on Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
